CONSHOHOCKEN, PA, Jan 4, 2007 – BuLogics, Inc., producer of innovative, affordable home automation technology for the average consumer, will display its latest BaseCampTM interoperability developments at CES International 2007 in the Z-Wave Alliance Pavilion, LVCC South Hall 1, Booth #20919. Utilizing the award-winning Z-WaveTM wireless technology standard, BaseCamp is the first comprehensive, easy-to-use home automation system designed and priced specifically for the mid-market consumer. As a foundation for its new release, BuLogics partnered with entertainment, multimedia, home automation and communications providers to increase usability and interoperability.
Earlier this year, BuLogics introduced a BaseCamp web application for remote home control via the Internet, BaseCamp CSTM with streaming IPTV interface for telecom providers, and new compatibility with Universal Electronics Inc.’s (UEI) Helix universal remote control. With the highest level of compliance to Z-Wave technology standards, BaseCamp provides seamless interoperability across Z-wave enabled technologies, ultimately acting as a central hub for the connected home.
The latest version of BaseCamp continues to build on increased interoperability, including IP camera integration and satellite radio compatibility. With Hawking Technologies’ HNC290G network camera, BaseCamp can be used to remotely monitor a home – indoors and outdoors – for security or safety purposes. Satellite radio compatibility allows multiple digital radio devices to be used and controlled throughout the house using either BaseCamp’s intuitive television interface or remote control. Station identification, along with current song and artist, are displayed on the television interface and on the remote control.
BuLogics, Inc. develops innovative technology and products to make home automation affordable, accessible and simple to use for the average consumer. A member of the Z-Wave Alliance, BuLogics works closely with Z-Wave compliant device manufacturers, system vendors, distributors and installers that share our vision of fully automated home control for the mainstream market. BuLogics’ key focus is on simplicity; our goal is to produce next-generation home automation technology that is simple to use, install, configure and manage for both partners and consumers.
